Premium Site Refund

  Hello! I made the mistake of forgetting to cancel my Premium subscription for this site before it was renewed in December. It has been inactive for a very long time. Is there any way I could get a refund?

  Hi,

  If you are within the refund period, head to your Manage Purchases page. This page can be accessed through the “Manage Purchases” section of the left sidebar when you log in to your account.
  Find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.

  To cancel your subscriptions and to know better about refunds please visit below link

  I have added “modlook” tag for staff assistance.
  They will help you better in the refund process and if you want staff can disable auto-renew option.
