  I need to cancel my premium subscription – I just recently changed my site to a self-hosted site with Hostgator.

  I know can’t figure out how to get back to original dashboard so that I can cancel my premium subscription of $99/year.

  Can you please help me with that?

  Hi Deanna,

  Sure thing, I can cancel your Premium upgrade for you. I want to double-check with you about your domain dsavirtualworld.com, however. If you cancel your domain, there’s no guarantee it will be available to register again. If you want to use it with your new site, you should transfer it rather than cancel it.

  If you want to keep it, I can cancel the rest of your upgrade and leave the domain, which you can transfer.
