Premium subscription Domain Issue

  Good afternoon,

  My client’s blog is having some problems and It’s currently offline, so I need a quick solution, the problem is very simple.

  They just renewed their premium subscription but their domain mapping now is not working. We deleted it and tryed to re assign it and now we are getting this message ‘Lo sentimos, pero cedaeonline.com.ar no se ha registrado aún y, por tanto, no puede asignarse.’ Basically says it can’t be assigned becaused It’s not registered.

  The domain registration with nic.ar is fine, but WordPress won’t take it back. How can we solve this? I’ve been reading your spanish forum and posted on it, I was told this is now happening a lot and that only you can solve this.   Hi there,

  I was able to re-map cedaeonline.com.ar for you. You’ll still need to do a few things:

  1) Purchase the subscription here by renewing:
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  2) If you haven’t done so already, point the domain to our name servers:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  3) After giving that a few hours to take effect, set the domain as primary under https://wordpress.com/my-domains
