premium subscription expires early

  Hi,

  I bought the premium package on 23 rd March this year with a new domain name and blog, after deleting the old one, but I have been informed that my subscription expires on 21st February next year. Why am I only getting 11 months of the 12 that I have paid for and was advertised?

  Hi there,

  Your Premium plan does not expire until March 23rd, 2016, but you’re currently setup for Auto-Renew.

  The auto-renew process attempts payment 30 days before the upgrade expires. That way if there are any issues, theres time for both of us to work it out before any domains are expired or lost.

  When your auto-renew goes through in February 2016, you’ll be renewed through March 23rd, 2017.
