Premium suppoprt email address/form

  Premium upgrades say you get e-mail support but I can’t find the address/form anywhere, even when I click “support” by the “Happiness Engineers.”

  I would like to get direct support for something I can’t find in the Codex.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Codex is for WordPress.ORG installs only and does not apply to your WordPress.COM hosted blog.

  The support docs at http://support.wordpress.com are for WordPress.COM hosted blogs like http://k2mit.com/

  If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.

  For greater clarity please note what follows.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Thank you. I upgraded and also never realized there were two flavors of WP. Thanks for clarifying that.
