If I take a premium support option with WordPress, is that support is for that particular site only or support can be used for any other WordPress sites.

premium support option with WordPress, is that support is for that particular site onlyIndeed, all the features shown per plan on the pricing page are per website.
Therefore, they would be included with the plan one would register for a specific domain name with WordPress.com and not any other WordPress site.I hope that helps, otherwise let us know :)

Thank you very much for your response. All I was trying to get was a live chat option with WordPress even if that means I need to pay on monthly basis. I am working on some WordPress sites and always there are some issues here and there. Going through forums sometimes takes some time. Is there any way to create a ticket for WordPress related issues? or is there any support email address where issues can be sent?

All I was trying to get was a live chat option with WordPress even if that means I need to pay on monthly basis.If you have an annual WordPress.com Premium, Business, or eCommerce plan, you will have access to priority Live Chat support at no extra cost.
It is therefore worth considering an annual subscription with the Business plan.

Sorry probably I am not making it clear. Above when I asked this question my understanding from the response is, if I get lets say premium option from WordPress, that will although allow a live chat but its only for that one particular site. I am working on at least 4-5 sites. I am not interested in hosting, plugins, themes anything like that from the premium plan option. All I want is able to talk to resolve issues on my 4-5 sites. Standard live chat facility where I can talk about WordPress site issues and get support. Link provided above does not explain what I am asking for.

If you have an annual paid plan, you have access to live chat and email support. You can ask for help with any site in your account, not just the site that has the plan.
On our monthly plans, you’ll only have access to email support.
