Premium Template on a Free Account

  Hi there,

  If I have a free WordPress account, does anyone know if I’m able to purchase a Premium template, and test it out on my free account? I don’t want to commit to a Premium/Business account until I’m sure this is the right solution and template. Thanks in advance!

  You can purchase a Premium theme with a free plan, yes. There is a 30 day refund window.

  Hi there,

  Just to add, if you buy a premium template, it’s yours for as long as the site exists (provided the theme isn’t retired because it’s become too old to maintain. Stand-alone theme purchases never expire, and don’t have to be renewed every year.

  If you activate a premium theme as part of the Premium or Business plan, the theme will only remain active as long as you renew the plan each year.
