Premium themes sold by WordPress.COM are licensed, adapted to run on our multiuser software and are available for use only on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. A premium theme upgrade applies to single blog for the lifetime of the blog while hosted by WordPress.COM. Purchasing a premium theme for a single blog (there are no bulk use on multiple site deals) does not equate to purchasing a premium upgrade, and the premium upgrade does not include any premium themes.
