Premium Templates and Upgrade Cost

If I upgrade to a .com will the premium templates still have the price attached to them, or will I have to pay for that separately as well?

The domain mapping upgrade is for a single blog and for a single year only when it must be renewed. No, a domain mapping upgrade does not include a one time payment for premium theme upgrade for one blog for the life of the blog. They are separate upgrades. Please read:
