  I bought a Premium Theme Template. Do I have to sign up for a monthly subscription in order to use it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you bought the theme here on WordPress.com, it will automatically be applied to your hogaboomroad.wordpress.com site here. If you don’t see it, try to activate it from the theme’s info page.

  If you bought the theme outside of WordPress.com, then you will want to sign up for the Business plan to use the theme on this host.

  I thought I saw the small business theme on your site a few minutes ago. Now I see the free theme Radcliffe 2 ?? A premium theme is a once-only payment and you can use that theme for as long as you have a WordPress.com site. Have you still got the small business theme?
  Note that a Premium theme and the Premium plan are two different things. If you upgrade to the Premium plan you pay annually (and along with useful things like a custom domain name that cost would include the option to use any Premium theme for as long as you continued to renew the plan).
