premium theme

I purchased a premium theme a few days ago and wish to use plugins in my site. is this possible?
If not have i wasted €150 if i wish to use plugins on my site? is this theme capable of being used where ever i do need to transfer too in order to use plugins?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is not a theme related issue. You are confusing WordPress.COM hosted blogs and WordPress.ORG software installs.
There is no such install plugins tab/button on any WordPress.COM hosted blogs now and there never has been one. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
All WordPress.COM hosted blogs have built-in plugins. The Jetpack plugins provide WordPress.ORG users with the same ones we have here. However, WordPress.COM bloggers cannot install any additional plugins like WordPress.ORG bloggers can.
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. Premium Themes that are licensed for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

Sorry I am just confused. Maybe you could help me understand if i am missing the point. i bought hosting on wordpress.com then purchased a premium theme. i was looking to set up a flashy looking responsive gallery on my static home page. I was going to use final tiles grid gallery plugin to do this.
Am i just going about it the wrong way about this, is there a built in plugin that will do this that i am over looking or do i have to move to wordpress.org and lose my premium wordpress.com theme i purchased? -

I know that but we needed something Flashy or 3d to display our work. the built in was a bog standard slider that had no appeal whatsoever.

concretedesignstudios – if you find that the options here on WordPress.com and in your premium theme don’t meet your needs, you might like to go with a self-hosted site, as timethief mentioned above, and issue yourself a refund for the theme or any other upgrades.

I have deleted my site and sent a note to wordpress as to wh I was unhappy and wanted to leave the site. I thought it was clear that I didn’t want to continue after the free trial.
Today wordpress have charged my account with the yearly subscription which I didn’t want. How do I get a refund?
The cancel and refund button doesn’t work on the website.

Hi there – I can’t find any other emails or tickets from you, so I’m not sure where you sent the notice, sorry about that.
I just issued a full refund for both the Business Identity theme and the Premium plan. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
