  I paid for the premium theme traction last year. Now its gone and its asking me to pay again?

  Thanks, I was baffled too. My $80 Traction theme has worked fine until yesterday. I have only one email and log in, so the fact that this purchase has disappeared and I now had to pick another theme temporarily so it doesn’t look stupid is crazy. Thanks for your response, though

  Hmmiezz…

  I am just curious but are you sure that you are not able to select the theme you bought? Hmmiezz.. I suggest you try to select the premium theme again AFTER you clear your web browser cache..

  That may work but I am not that sure if that is the right answer…

  Tell me if that worked or not..

  I defrag and remove temp files…. how do I clear the “cache”?

  Ok, cleared, rebooted and my friend said that she also can’t pull up my normal traction theme. It just won’t.

  I paid $80 bucks for this theme for life. What’s up? I wanted the consistency of the “look”. I don’t want to change.

  The staff have a real good record of fixing these things –

  To help the staff, Just in case what is the blog you bought the Premium Theme for?

  Do you see the theme listed at

  Dashboard >> Store >. My Upgrades
  Dashboard >> Store >> Billing history

  You should see your theme listed there – any chance you changed themes by accident?

  Auxclass is right, staff does have a really good record of getting these types of things fixed!! :) :)

  If clearing your cache does NOT work do Not fret cause I am positive that all of this will get all fixed up by the staff.. :)

  Yep. Thanks, Auxclass…. my history shows the purchase in May, 2012 and I bought a $99 bundle twice (shoot, wish I caught that!). So, I bought Traction, but it is not my “theme” as of yesterday and I didn’t even go on my blog since 2 weeks ago! I hope they figure it out. Do the staff see this forum?

  thanks to you both. I changed my theme, so I “had” a theme. This morning, it was a blank page with white background and black lettering only. I chose a stock theme so it didn’t look so plain if someone goes to it. I’m hoping the staff figures out what’s up.

  BTW, when i “order” Traction again, it “flashes” my Traction theme with my custom header of my face, then goes away and the “billing window” comes up asking me for my credit card…. so i know its there, but being blocked somehow.

  The $99 bundle does not include any premium themes. Nonetheless, staff can sort this out especially if you’ve been charged twice for the same thing, and this thread has been flagged for their attention.
