Thanks! Do you know how I switch back to “Traction”? I’m on “Twenty Ten” right now. If I switch back to Traction, it asks me to pay?

You go to the Themes page of your dashboard, type in the name of the theme you want, click on it to Preview, and if you like it, Activate. If you’ve purchased it in the past, this should happen smoothly. If not, well, that’s why this is flagged for staff attention.

You had purchased Traction from us a while ago, but asked for a refund in July of last year.

If you’d like to try it again now, you’ll need to purchase it again.

The theme was canceled and refunded on July 12, 2012. I’m not sure why it still worked for you, it shouldn’t have.

It looks like this may have been done accidentally along with your domain cancelation on the same day.
