  I have purchased the premium theme. How do I save to my theme folder so I can use the templates?

  Please contact your hosting provider for this issue. Your site is using WordPress.org platform.

  This forum is not the right place to get help related to Org sites. The main role of this forum is the help the users with the issues related to the .com sites.

  Hi there, just to add to what @shubhamgmath mentioned, if you purchased a Premium theme from the WordPressdotcom Theme Showcase, those Premium themes are licensed to be used here on a WordPressdotcom website only. They are not available for download to use on an ORG site. You’ll likely be able to find the ORG version in the ORG theme repository or directly from the theme author’s website.

  You can request a refund for your WordPressdotcom Premium theme within 30 days of purchase by visiting your Manage Purchases dashboard.
