Premium theme Ampersand post format options not working

  I was in touch with Sandy from Support a few days ago who confirmed the issue and kindly suggested i post my question to the Ampersand forum. I’m trying to retrieve details of our chat to copy and paste into the forum but can’t find any record of it. Are you guys aware of this problem? Thanks for assisting

  Hi there,

  I took a look at your chat with Sandy, and I see that you’re not able to change the post format on your posts. It looks like there might be an error in the Ampersand theme‘s support information, where it says that it supports different post formats. Sandy reported this issue to our team to try to clarify that with the theme author, and we’ll let you know as soon as we hear back about that.

  If you’d like, you can also contact the theme author directly in the Ampersand support forum. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  Our developers confirmed that this theme does not support different post formats, and we’ve updated the theme’s support page to reflect that. Sorry for the confusion! Please let me know if I can do anything more to help. :)
