premium theme did not upload

  i just purchased the theme: http://organizationdemo.wordpress.com/
  but when uploaded to my account this theme does not look anything like what i purchased. here is how it looks:http://vostokpartners.com/
  i want my blog to have exact look of the theme i have purchased

  While common on self hosted sites built with the software available at WordPress.org, themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. You can find out more about customizing your blog’s appearance here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
