premium theme – does that count as an upgrade?

i know you do a 30 day refund on upgrades but i want to try a premium theme and then if i don’t like it, get a refund withing the 30 days. can i do that? and if so, just how would i go about it if i wanted the refund? thanks

You’d be surprised what you can find in the Support pages:
If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on the Store -> My Upgrades page.
