  Are fees for premium themes one-time or annually?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Premium themes are a one time payment for the life of the blog while hosted by WordPress.COM and they cannot be exported and used on a WordPress.ORG install. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/

  Can you tell me whether or not the slideshow page template for the Adventure premium theme requires an upgrade? Or perhaps direct me?
  I’m asking because I had chosen a free theme that did require an upgrade for slideshows.

  Every theme here can have slideshows and galleries on all posts and pages free of any and all charges. http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/#adding-a-gallery-or-slideshow

  There are themes that have post sliders for featured posts with featured images in them.
