Premium theme making mobile view better?

If we upgrade to a premium theme, will it make it easier to post while one a mobile device? The dashboard is currently skewing the way our posts come up when we are trying to edit them on a mobile device and while searching through the premium themes it said that the mobile view would be better. Is this true or is it only going to enhance the viewing of the blog, and not the dashboard?

The two ie. premium theme (paid) and mobile display are not related issues. The main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.

Fixed means the width of the theme does not change according to screen resolution (or the width of browser) your visitors use.

Fluid means the width of the theme changes according to screen resolution (or the width of browser) your visitors use.

Responsive width means the the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.
