Premium theme not appearing

  I tried to purchase the Traveler theme and it doesn’t appear on the Appearance section neither in my Billing History.

  What is happening?

  Yes, I click on purchase on the payment screen and nothing happened, I clicked that button like 4 times and nothing.

  I’m so sorry this is happening! For some reason, I was able to purchase it on my test blog. Can you try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  Also, it might work if you try a different browser like Mozilla Firefox. Can you please try and see if you have the same issue?
