Hello, I purchased a Premium Theme but it is not on the website that I wanted it to be allocated to. I have a website karlthiart.com but the theme is only working on karlthiart3darts.wordpress.com. I do not use this website. I want the theme to be used on the account that I own a domain with.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

karlthiart.com is not hosted by wordpress.COM and you cannot run our theme versions on it. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Refunds have time limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Hi there, Adding just a bit of information to what tt has already mentioned.
Refunds for Premium themes are available up to 30-days from date of purchase. To initiate the refund process, please go to Manage Purchases and follow the instructions under “How do I request a refund”: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
Let us know how that goes.

Thank you justjennifer and timethief!
Hi @ karlthiart –
The Premium Theme that you purchased is only going to be available for use on a WordPress.com hosted site. Currently http://karlthiart.com/ is hosted with GoDaddy.
If you want to use http://karlthiart.com/ on WordPress.com you will need to map the domain to your account. Here are the step-by-step instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/ Then you would be able to use the Premium Theme on it.
Please let me know if you need further help.
