Premium Theme purchase preventing me from deleting account

  Hello and thanks for your assistance. I am unable to delete my account because in 2016 I purchased a premium theme that does not expire. Apparently the lack of expiration date on the theme prevents me from ‘managing purchases’, which is a required step to deleting the account. This is a little crazy, and so I would appreciate some assistance – thank you! Sarafaith Pekor

  Hi there, if we remove the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. Please confirm you understand and we’ll go ahead and remove the theme for you, then you can delete the site.

  Do note too, though, that if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”.

  Another option is to simply make site private — no one except you could access it, and only when you are logged in.
