Premium theme purchases for my website

I have have my own blog website. I need to buy https://gemademo.wordpress.com/category/lifestyle/ this theme for my website. But, I cant download this from the wordpress site. Its asking to create website and hosting plan to enable this theme. pls someone help to out this

A theme purchased on WordPress.com is only available for use on a site hosted on WordPress.com. That’s why you were prompted to set one up.
It sounds like you might have a self-hosted WordPress site, though. If that’s the case, then the theme author, Pixelgrade, has a site where they sell the GEMA theme: https://pixelgrade.com/themes/gema/
