Premium Theme Refund

Hi there,
I am trying to refund 2 premium themes that I recently purchased:
– Zuki
– CocoaHowever, when I press ‘cancel and refund’, nothing appears to happen. Can you please advise?

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the theme, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
