Premium theme refund

  I cancelled the use of spatial theme as my page theme so a refund was to be given for the payment made for it. I have not yet received the refund and yet its already past 4 days since the theme was cancelled. Please advise.

  Hey there.
  After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

  Hey there,

  It could even take a bit longer (7-10 business days) depending on the bank. I would contact your bank to see if they see anything processing. We released the funds back on the 22nd of February, so you should see something around now.
