please can i get a refund for A premium theme i bought, “MH magazine”

Hi there,

I checked your account and saw that there was no transaction present for the purchase of MH Magazine. It states that you used free credits to purchase it.

Are you sure that you purchased this particular upgrade?

Yes, sure 100%, the free credit was deducted from my wordads earnings that was supposed to be cashed out, thanks

What I can do is remove the theme from your account and provide you free credits for the amount of the theme. Or, were you interested in receiving money back for the upgrade? If so, I will need to look further into this because it is a pretty unique situation.

Sure please, if it’s possible I would like a refund, I have moved to WordPress.org, so I don’t know what help free credit will be to me

I talked with the other staff who was discussing this issue with you. The Wordads amount was never withdrawn from your account, so the theme was never technically paid for.

Eh!! , check my wordads earnings Statistics, 49 $ was was transferred to wordads credit and used to purchase the theme, or do you mean I got the theme for free?
