Premium Theme Refund

  I purchased a Premium Theme (the name of the theme is ‘Orta’). I would like to know if it is possible for me to get a refund on the theme as I would no longer like to use it and the purchase is still pretty recent (I made the purchase on May 21st, 2018).

  We don’t sell any theme called Orta, and I see no premium theme purchases in your WordPress.com account.

  Please contact the theme shop where you bought that theme to find out if you can still get a refund for it – we cannot refund you for something you didn’t buy from us.
