Premium theme refund not processing

I am trying to cancel and refund my premium theme (Bindery) for my site, but when I press the button on the pop-up that sends me the confirmation email, I get the message:
“User or Token does not have access to specified site.”
…and nothing happens.
What does this mean? How can I process the refund request?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ve removed your theme and refunded the charge. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
