Premium theme refund request

  I am looking for a refund of the Premium theme fee for ‘Shelf’. I have tried it out and it doesn’t meet my needs.

  Please advise as the the exact path to find the link or make the request if this email is not enough to enact a refund. If it is enough to begin the process, can you advise as to the timeline it I should expect for the refund to be completed.

  I have refunded the premium theme purchase as per your request. It may take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement.
