Premium Theme Related Issue

  Hey, I have been using Blogger for a long time and wanted to switch to WordPress. There were some queries I want to confirm.
  1.) I want to buy the WordPress Premium Plan and want to use a separate 3rd Party premium theme. So would I be able to upload my theme?
  2.) The Plans are showing that I need a business account to upload a theme. But as an individual, I don’t want a business account. So is there any other plans which can be used …where I can easily upload 3rd party premium themes.

  With a WordPress.com Premium plan you can only activate any of the free or Premium themes found at: https://wordpress.com/themes
  Other themes you find on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere that use the WordPress.org software. They can only be used here at WordPress.com if you upgrade to the Business plan. The Business plan is just the name of the plan. You don’t have to have a business or want to sell things to use it.
