Premium theme renewal if my site has now been exported to WordPress.org
-
I started out on WordPress.com with a premium theme. In January I exported my site to WordPress.org. I now have a renewal notice from WordPress.com for my premium theme.
I did send an enquiry to help@wordpress.com which has apparently been actioned as I have an e-mail asking me to rate my experience. However, I received no e-mail with any feedback.
Is my site freerangepilates.com running on both WordPress.com and WordPress.org? If so is it possible to have it just running on WordPress.org and cancel the upcoming premium theme renewal on WordPress.Com?

Hi there,
Sorry you didn’t get that email reply from us. Your WordPress.com Premium upgrade was set to auto renew, which means that we try to automatically renew it for you before it expires. However, since your site is now self-hosted you no longer need WordPress.com Premium here.
I went ahead and disabled auto renew, so that upgrade will expire on its own. If you don’t want to get any further notices about it, I can cancel the upgrade now instead — just let me know if you’d prefer that. :)

Hi Jon!
I have removed the WordPress.com Premium subscription for you.
Please let me know if you have any further questions!
