Premium Theme Suggestion

I want to use the Vertex theme from Elegant Themes on my WordPress.com blog. I understand that it is not possible to upload themes to a WordPress.com blog because that feature is exclusive to self-hosted, WordPress.org software. However, I do not wish to have my own self-hosted domain. I like having the “.wordpress.com” at the end of my URL.
Could you make the Vertex theme by Elegant Themes a Premium theme for WordPress.com bloggers? It’s a fantastic theme that I feel WordPress.com users would love to purchase if it were available under the “Premium” category.
Also, I am already an Elegant Themes member. This means I have access to all themes created by Elegant Themes because I pay an annual fee. If WordPress.com were to grant my request of making Vertex a premium theme, is there a way I could verify that I do in fact have an Elegant Themes account so I don’t have to re-purchase a theme I already own?

No. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG theme versions are adapted and licensed top run on the appropriate software. Read this for clarity
