Premium theme to use in self hosted websites outside wordpress.com

  Hi,

  I want to know if the following theme can be used outside of wordpress.com

  If cannot may i know where can i get a similar theme like this to host in third party servers.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Themes purchased on WordPress.com can only be used on WordPress.com sites.

  Bu you can buy the Silvio theme directly from the developer’s site:
