  I have purchased a premium theme. I want to transfer from wordpress.com to a self hosted site. can it be done with the guided transfer.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Guided transfer will move your content and set up a self hosted site for you – the content moves but the Theme will not export. You can try asking the company that made the theme if they have one for a .ORG install or will give you a discount

  Themes have been adapted for the wp.com platform, so your theme won’t work on wp.org.

  There may be a similar theme by the same designer (it may even have the same name) available for WordPress.org but you’ll have to pay for it.
