Premium Theme Transfert

Hello,
I still submit you an email hoping to finally solve my problem. I try to do it with you several WordPress member of staff with no results. I have 2 Premium themes on famillenb.wordpress.com. I would like to transfer these themes on andrebourdages.wordpress.com. If this is not possible, so I would like all regards famillenb.wordpress.com disappears from my dashboard in paying options This blog is long since closed. It is a simple procedure to do and I’m really frustrated. I thought opt for a premium package at $ 129 as of March 2016. But I am no longer on now that I constantly that the WordPress staff are hard to reach and difficult to solve simple problems.

Howdy @andrebourdages,
To transfer themes from one site to another, you need to head over to the “My Upgrades” page. To do this from your Admin dashboard, hover over “Store”. After you do this, you will see “My Upgrades”.
Find the theme you want to transfer and click the settings button.
You will then see, “Transfer to Another Site”. Click this and follow the directions that are given.

I tried this on several occasions and it does not. I had two chat session with WordPress 2 employees about it. Last Sam who had promised me that it would be set in 24 hours. I have an e-mail to prove it.

That is weird. The only thing I know to do is contact staff and see if they can resolve it for you again.
I’ll tag this thread for staff assistance. Make sure you subscribe to this thread so you’ll be notified when a member of staff responds.

I’m following up from our live chat yesterday. The only way to transfer the premium themes from your deleted blog was to restore the blog, which I’ve done as a one-time courtesy. (Under normal circumstances, deleted blogs can not be restored.)
You can now transfer the premium themes from this blog to another by following the instructions here:

Yep, that’s the one. Can you try one more time to transfer the themes as shown in the instructions? (It looks like one more step needed to be done to enable the ability to transfer those themes.)
