Premium theme upgrade

  Hi there, do I have to “upgrade to Pro” in order to be able to use a premium theme? Is the “upgrade to Pro $99 a once-off payment, or a monthly one?

  Premium Themes are an upgrade by themselves and have nothing to do with “Pro” Themes are one time cost – per blog

  Pro upgrade is $ 99– per blog per year.

  I want to register the domain http://www.revolutionscoffeeshop.com through WordPress for $17. Then upgrade to a premium theme. Is this the correct process to go through?
  Sorry, I’m new at this and want to make sure I’m following the right procedure.
