Premium theme: what difference does it make to my blog?

  I purchased a Premium theme, and is the format all I get for that? Confused!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. All you get when you buy a theme is a new look for your blog. Some themes have to be configured as well.
