Can I upload a wordpress premium theme to my blog that has its own domain? I do not pay any site for hosting. I am looking to buy a wordpress premium theme, but am unsure whether I need to upgrade my blog or pay another site for hosting before I download it. much help is appreciated, I’m looking to download it today.

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
