  If I purchase a theme, will I own the theme if I import it from wordpress.com to an exterior site?

  Couldn’t find the edit button, so to clarify:

  I am building a website using the Twenty Fourteen theme. If I purchase the extra options through wordpress, will I be able to export it to an exterior website, hosted elsewhere?
