Premium themes

  Hi, I upgraded my WordPress account to Premium because the advertising said it would include access to premium themes. Now after I’ve upgraded, I do not have access to the themes. It says I need to upgrade again to access them. Can you tell me why I do not have access to these despite the advertising promising I would? Thanks.

  I’m sure you will have access to Premium themes but it seems to me that currently there are only 4 Premium themes to choose from. WordPress.com is constantly being updated and older themes are being discontinued and replaced by newer ones compatible with blocks and the latest site editor. Hopefully many more Premium themes are planned.

  If you mean that you wanted to use a theme produced by some other company then yes you would need to upgrade to a Business plan for that functionality.

  You can see the Premium Themes available as part of your Premium plan at this link: https://wordpress.com/themes/premium/spareanychange.uk.

  We also have Partner themes on WordPress.com that require a separate subscription. May I ask the name of the theme you’re looking at so that I can confirm if it’s indeed a Premium theme?
