  Hye, I saw a promotion about Theme and plugins way cheaper.
  using this link, Ist scammer or its under WordPress promotions?

  Hi there,

  The themes and plugins offered on that site are for the open-source WordPress software, and would require the Business Plan to install on WordPress.com.
  Bear in mind though, that they are likely offering pirated/unlicensed versions of the plugins, so the owners of those plugins will not provide support or updates.

  There is also a possibility that those themes and plugins have been modified from the original versions, which could pose a security risk if you install them on your site.
