Premium Themes Refund

Hey Guys,
Im trying out some premium themes, however I cant get them to look how I want them to, seems I am required to purchase first, because I cant save any edits I am doing. I noticed that wordpress mentions you are allowed to refund a theme within 30days if its not really working the way you had intended. Can someone elaborate more on that? How does it work? Are there any specific things required to cancel? Or am I able to simply just cancel within the 30 day period to get a full refund? Thanks!

If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on the My Upgrades page. You can always switch to any other Premium theme or one of our other fantastic free themes. And don’t worry, we’re adding more and more free themes all the time. :)

Awesome, also im using the free wordpress. Without upgrading to premium I can Map my domain name for $17 per year, is that correct?

Actually looking like $13 per year according to this support page here that also has all the details. It’s also what is shows in my blog store as well.
