Premium to Business Plan

  Hello! I was trying to purchase/upgrade to a business plan for a site, but when I go to check out, it gives me the error message, ‘unable to buy wordpress.com business this site has premium purchased by different user’ is there a way for me to see who the other user is? Or is it possible to bypass this. Thank you!

  Are you aware of having more than one account? Does the site have more than just you working on it? Revealing the full URL would be a useful start.

  Which site are you trying to upgrade exactly?
  I can see you are an admin on a site amundsonroofing.com, but this one already has a Business plan.
