  I will like to change my account from premium to a free account

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello – If you are within the refund window (30 days) you can request a full refund for your Premium upgrade at your Manage Purchases page.

  You will need to be logged into the account that originally purchased the upgrade in order to request the refund. It will take 7+ days for the refund to be posted back into your account. More information on refunds at WordPress.com is available here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
