Premium Trial – Premium Options not showing in Web Host

  I have a feeling I may have two accounts going. I signed up for the WordPress Premium trial and created my domain. After that, I signed up with a web host (ipage). However, none of the premium options are showing in my web host where I have created the website/blog. When I sign into WordPress outside of the webhost, it is showing the previous unfinished website/blog. Is there something that can be done where I have the Premium option from the WordPress installed in my web host? Please advise – TIA!

  I believe there is a misunderstanding between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.

  If you would like to move to the self-hosted, WordPress.org, what I can do is provide you a partial refund of $73 (to get rid of all upgrades except the domain: healthywealthylivingtips.com) and you can point it to your new host. We at WordPress.com would still be your registrar, but you would be hosted through iPage.
