  Hi, I’m having problems with payment. I am 100% sure I paid for my renewal on the 4th Jan 2016. It was first on my list of things to do, not I’m being told that I need to pay? I checked my bank and seen the money hasn’t come out for some reason? Do you not debit my card immediately?

  I now don’t have the cash to pay this until Feb 14th, will the renewal remove all my video and audio links? What happens in that time? It all a bit frustrating when I’ve tried to make a payment but it wasn’t taken immediately for some reason.
