  I’ve tried purchasing the premium upgrade but it’s not working. I see a paypal hold on my bank account. I could use some help :)

  Hi there,

  From what you say it sounds as if the transaction is being blocked on your bank’s end. Can you please contact them and ask them to allow the transaction?

  It appears that there’s a problem with PayPal payments not going through. Our team is working on finding and fixing the cause. I’ll let you know when you can try paying for the upgrade again.
