How do I see my purchases? I purchase premium plan but it’s nothing there. I paid 3,396 to WORDPRESS but it says it is declined. Is it a fraud?

Your payment attempts were all declined by your bank, so the purchase never completed on our end, and your card has not been charged.
Please contact your bank directly to find out why they’re declining the charges. Your card likely needs to be enabled for online and/or international purchases.

We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

Have you contacted customer support at your bank to ask about this?
The entry you see on your statement is most likely for the authorization attempt. But that charge was declined by your bank, and we never received that payment. Please contact your bank directly to confirm this – if that’s an entry for the authorisation they should automatically remove it from your statement again after a few days.

Hi, my bank wants to know the first six digits and the last four digits of your MasterCard to confirm my payment.

If you bank is asking for that, they mean your card, not ours.
The charge was declined on your credit card provider’s end, not by us.
