  the upgrade function is not working – I’ve tried multiple times to click on the button but it does not launch anything to buy the premium upgrade

  Do you have a blog you are trying to buy the upgrade for? If so what is the URL of it?

  I don’t think You can’t buy an upgrade package without a blog
