  I permanently deleted my site. Does that mean I cancelled my wordpress premium upgrade?

  Oh no!! I was wondering how to transfer it!! I did not mean for you to cancel my premium upgrade. Sorry for the confusion. Please, Please restore it. I wanted to use for another site. I was wondering if it had already been cancelled, because it would not let me transfer to the wherewilliend2.wordpress.com
